Huub Sleper started his gastronomic career cooking in several leading restaurants in The Netherlands and has esthablished himself before starting Villa Zomerdijk in the catering Branch with his company "Diner op Servies". Next to cooking he is especially gifted to make the decoration of the dinner tables aswell as the locations into something special.
